      Please note that Any Payment made into any of SiSA Travels Bank Account affirms your understanding and acceptance to the terms and conditions of services rendered!

      First things first

      It is important to emphasize that SiSATravels.com does not issue, nor claim to issue visas to anybody, it is illegal to do so. We however assist in the application, document checklist and verification of required documents as well as engage in the recruitment process of migrant workers for employment purposes by relevant agencies overseas and we’ve got a really high success rate; so much that we can afford to offer a no-upfront-payment option or Money Back Guarantees on select packages to eligible clients. Our assurances are purely based on the successes from our previous jobs and nothing else.

      We are a reputable result oriented travel agency registered in Nigeria with our Regional Office in South Africa. We are also trading as StudyinSouthAfrica.net. Our business model is designed for value exchange for money, this is why we only charge for our services upon delivery and not before.

      The monies paid for as upfront covers the processing of the job/service, which usually includes non-refundable expenditures such as biometrics fees, visa fees, couriering charges, international bank transfers charges, documentation processing cost, immigration attorney’s charges, logistics and administrative expenses, to mention a few.

      This is to clarify that not all upfront payments made for packages done are refundable.

      SiSATravels Service Terms & Conditions

      Travel, Tours, Study, Visa, Work Assistance Terms & Conditions – These Terms & Conditions govern visa support and other related services provided by SiSA Travels & Tours Pty Ltd to clients/agents.

      1. SiSA Travels acts as an agent on behalf of their clients in the submission of applications for visa and ancillary services to the appropriate institutions and/or immigration authorities into various countries hence signing to a consent form is required for all service offered here.
      2. SiSATravels only pays commissions for clients referred to us by an affiliate at the point the client pays for the service(s) and not before. Affiliates are paid 5% instant Commissions at every point the client pays. Affiliates are not allowed to markup on packages we offer.
      3. SiSATravels Partnering Agents/Agencies earns 5% instant commission. They can deduct their 5% commissions and pay the remaining to the official bank account. Agents/Agencies can mark-up their charges to their clients. 5% commission from August 2018.
      4. SiSA Travels shall not be held responsible for costs (directly or consequential) incurred due to any delay arising from incomplete visa application form, inaccurate/false information or documentation provided, or as a result of circumstances outside our control.
      5. SiSATravels reserves the right to return any passport without the requested visa if the passport or the documents provided do not comply with the requirements or if there is insufficient time to process the visa.
      6. SiSATravels bears no responsibility for costs incurred by an applicant or any secondary applicants while waiting for a visa to be finalized by the immigration authorities. These costs may include but are not limited to cost of flights, rent of accommodation, and loss of earnings or any other costs.
      7. SiSATravels will not be held responsible should the immigration authorities or any other third party change their rules, regulations or processing requirements if that change has a direct or indirect effect on the timeline for delivery. However, SiSATravels will use its best endeavors to minimize any delays or inconveniences caused in this respect by seeking and deploring all possible measures.
      8. com is a privately run travel agency and do not have any authority to grant a visa of any kind into any country. We cannot guarantee a positive result on a visa application. The final decision on all applications rests solely with the relevant authorities responsible for determining that result. We basically assist clients with procuring their visas by providing professional support that is critical to increasing the chances of a positive results.
      9. SiSATravels cannot influence the processing timeframe for any type of visas, decision made by the immigration authority of a country is autonomous; any delay whatsoever for whatever reason(s) in the issuing of a visa; or a decision to refuse to grant a visa.
      10. It is the client’s responsibility to provide SiSATravels with all required/relevant information and documentation concerning their respective application(s). However, SiSATravels may provide assistance on client’s request.
      11. SiSATravels cannot proceed with processing any package/services without clients providing all requirements and as such, whatever results from such delays SiSATravels is indemnified.
      12. All promotional offers are limited to the conditions of that particular offer and not on a general scale.
      13. SiSATravels will use and rely on information provided by the clients in the provision of services to them. We will not independently verify or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of such information.
      14. SiSATravels shall not be held responsible for any changes in immigration policy which affect the eligibility of a visa application at any stage while a visa application is being processed by the Immigration Authorities.
      15. SiSATravels shall not be responsible to provide the relevant medical forms/vaccination cards to a client, should health examinations be required. Hence SiSATravels has no part in the process of carrying out these medicals or providing these medical results to the Immigration Authorities for further processing.
      16. SiSATravels will not proceed with visa application services until relevant upfront payment has been made to enable us commence the application or package(s). Unless the client has opted for and had fulfilled all conditions required for the no-upfront payment policy.
      17. Our prices may need to be changed without prior notice as our prices are governed by exchange rates and immigration costs, as well as other factors we do not control, hence whatever information provided for a service yesterday is subject to change today considering these factors.
      18. The moment payment is made into an official bank account; the client is deemed to have engaged the service(s) of SiSATravels and its relevant partners. If the service has commenced, and client wants to discontinue services, this is called forfeiture and in most case, this is not refundable. In any case where refunds can be retrieved from paid partners overseas, only 50% of what is paid, maybe payable. This is determined by the extend of what has been done or can be refunded or if there are any penalties to be paid for cancellations, wherever it applies.
      19. If after paying for service(s), nothing has commenced, only 70% is refundable as 30% of amount paid is deducted as administration fees and cancellation charges. Payment is to be returned within 15working days. Such client(s) needs to follow our refunds protocol as stated on (policy 30).
      20. Where an applicant fails to honour a scheduled appointment at the embassy, SiSATravels shall charge between N25,000 to N50,000 only (depending on the country involved) as penalty and to secure subsequent appointment date at the appropriate embassy.
      21. In the event of loss or damage to any passport or documents received, SiSATravels liability will be limited to the actual value of the passport and documents up to a maximum of N10,000 per applicant. SiSATravels accepts no liability for consequential loss.
      22. SiSATravels reserves the right not to provide any service to anyone without the client agreeing to our terms and conditions and/or signing the clientele consent form.
      23. com shall not be responsible for clients who are ignorant of the Terms & Conditions of service. All requests for services made on our website, social platforms, phone chats, emails, constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions, including amendments thereto, by the customer / client / agent / applicant(s).
      24. SiSATravels will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by an embassy/consulate issuing an incorrect visa or incorrect details on a visa as this is out of our control.
      25. SiSATravels shall not be held responsible under any circumstance, to compensate for any injury, accident, loss, damage or delay (whether directly or consequential), of any passports or travel documents by any third party embassy/courier/delivery company.
      26. Where a package/service fails, SiSATravels reapplies for the client at no extra cost or switches the client to another package at a convenient/agreeable cost difference.
      27. Our refunds processing timeframe is determined by the Refunds Dept. Standard timeframe are 30, 60 and 90days respectively depending on the type of refunds.
      28. SiSATravels will not be liable in anyway for services rendered through some referred/subcontracted agencies within or outside Nigeria. We are however willing to assist in resolving whatever the issues are.
      29. Clients studying abroad are
      30. SiSATravels will not be liable to any refunds whatsoever where a failed service was reapplied for and the alternative package is successfully yet the client / agent / customer / applicant(s) declines.
      31. All clients are advised to request for our MoneyBack Policy (by paying 30% of their upfront) prior to starting a package/service so that upon requesting for a refund – where it fails, it is much easier and faster to process – incase of eventuality. By purchasing a 30% MoneyBack Policy, you are entitled to a MoneyBack Guarantee Certificate, which entitles you to your 100% refunds within the stipulated timeframe on your certificate. For instance, if a package cost N1m, and the upfront required is N300k, if you are interested in a MoneyBack Policy, you are to pay an additional N90k. In other words, your upfront is now N390k. MoneyBack Guarantee Certificates are emailed from Refunds Dept. within 72hours.
      32. The Refund Process without a Money Back Certificate is as follows; first send an email request for refunds to refunds@sisatravels.com, stating your reasons, then attaching a copy of proof of payments made with the issued invoice. Once received, the refunds team will investigate within 48-72hours, and advice on the eligibility of their request as well as determine what is refundable based on expenses incurred and refunds that can be claimed. It is important to note that not all request is refundable. All refunds requests without the MoneyBack Guarantee Certificate attracts up to 50% administrative deductions or more, depending on the presentable expenses incurred in processing/procuring the service or package.
      33. The No-Upfront Payment Policy requires that clients who are not interested in paying any upfront meets the basic requirements such as, raising a verifiable Bank Draft or Manager or Bank Cheque of the cost of the package + the upfront amount, 2 verifiable guarantors whose bank statement covers the amount, a legally binding signed undertaken, signed clientele consent form and utility bill for proof of address of residence.
      34. SiSATravels reserves the sole right to update our terms and agreement in accordance to prevailing changes as reflected by governing immigration policies or partner’s policies from countries we process respective services at, with or without prior notices to anyone, as we do not get any prior notices.
      35. Any payments made for services offered by StudyinSouthAfrica.net (SiSA) or SiSA Travels & Tours Pty Ltd. (SiSATravels.com) affirms an understanding of and agreement to our terms and conditions.
