      SiSATravels Service Terms & Conditions

      Travel, Tours, Study, Visa, Work Assistance Terms & Conditions – These Terms & Conditions govern visa support and other related services provided by SiSA Travels & Tours Pty Ltd to clients/agents.

      1. SiSA Travels acts as an agent on behalf of their clients in the submission of applications for visa and ancillary services to the appropriate institutions and/or immigration authorities into various countries.
      2. SiSA Travels shall not be held responsible for costs (directly or consequential) incurred due to any delay arising from incomplete visa application form, inaccurate/false information or documentation provided, or as a result of circumstances outside our control.
      3. SiSATravels reserves the right to return any passport without the requested visa if the passport or the documents provided do not comply with the requirements or if there is insufficient time to process the visa.
      4. SiSATravels bears no responsibility for costs incurred by an applicant or any secondary applicants while waiting for a visa to be finalised by the immigration authorities. These costs may include but are not limited to cost of flights, rent of accommodation, and loss of earnings or any other costs.
      5. SiSATravels will not be held responsible should the immigration authorities or any other third party change their rules, regulations or processing requirements if that change has a direct effect on the timeline for delivery. However, SiSATravels will use its best endeavours to minimise any delay or inconvenience caused in this respect.
      6. SiSATravels is a private company and do not have authority to grant a visa of any kind. We cannot guarantee a positive result on a visa application. The final decision on all applications rests with the relevant authorities and/or organisation(s) responsible for issuing that result.
      7. SiSATravels cannot influence any decision made by an immigration authority; any delay by an immigration authority in the issuing of a visa; or a decision to refuse to grant a visa.
      8. It is the client’s responsibility to provide SiSATravels with all required information and documentation concerning the application. However, SiSATravels may assist, wherever necessary, to provide documentation subject to clients request.
      9. SiSATravels cannot lodge a visa application until it has complete documentation from the applicant.
      10. SiSATravels will use and rely on information provided by the clients in the provision of services to them. SiSATravels will not independently verify or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of such information.
      11. SiSATravels shall not be held responsible for any changes in immigration policy which affect the eligibility of a visa application at any stage while a visa application is being processed by the Immigration Authorities.
      12. SiSATravels shall not be responsible to provide the relevant medical forms/vaccination cards to a client, should health examinations be required. Hence SiSATravels has no part in the process of carrying out these medicals or providing these medical results to the Immigration Authorities for further processing.
      13. SiSATravels will not proceed with visa application services until relevant upfront payment has been made to commence.
      14. Our prices may need to be changed without prior notice as our prices are governed by exchange rates and immigration costs, to mention a few.
      15. As soon as payment is received, the client is deemed to have engaged the service of SiSATravels. Once the service has been provided to the client it cannot be returned/reversed. Where visa was denied, visa processing fees and a 30% administrative fees are non-refundable, wherever it applies.
      16. If, after requesting for visa application with SiSATravels you wish to withdraw the visa application and that application has not been submitted to the Immigration Authorities, 10% of amount paid shall be deducted as assessment and/or administration fees.
      17. Where an applicant fails to honour a scheduled appointment at the embassy, SiSATravels shall charge between N15,000 to N30,000 only (depending on the country involved) as penalty and to secure subsequent appointment date at the appropriate embassy.
      18. In the event of loss or damage to any passport or documents received, SiSATravels liability will be limited to the actual value of the passport and documents up to a maximum of N10,000 per applicant. SiSATravels accepts no liability for consequential loss.
      19. SiSATravels reserves the right not to provide any service without the client agreeing to our terms and conditions.
      20. SiSATravels is entitled to include additional Terms & Conditions should the need arise. The request for lodgement of an application to SiSATravels by web, post, phone, email, constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions, including amendments thereto, by the customer / client / agent / applicant(s).
      21. SiSATravels will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by an embassy/consulate issuing an incorrect visa or incorrect details on a visa as this is out of our control.
      22. SiSATravels shall not be held responsible under any circumstance, to compensate for any injury, accident, loss, damage or delay (whether directly or consequential), of any passports or travel documents by any third party courier/delivery company.
      23. In an event where an in-house visa assistance fails, SiSATravels can reapply for the client at no extra cost. Upon request for refunds from client, 30% of amount paid is deductible as logistics or administration fees and only 70% is refundable within a maximum of 30 working/business days, unless otherwise stated.
      24. SiSATravels will not be liable in anyway for services provided through a referred/subcontracted travel agency.
      25. SiSATravels will not be liable to any refunds whatsoever where a failed service was reapplied for and the alternative package is successfully yet the client / agent / customer / applicant(s) declines.
      26. All clients are advised to signup for our money back policy prior to commencing their package so that upon requesting for a refund, it is easier and faster to process – incase of eventuality. Upon signing up, you would be issued a Money Back Guarantee Certificate, which you only need to present to qualify for your refunds.
      27. Clients requesting a refund on paid service(s) without a Money Back Policy in place should first email refunds@sisatravels.com, stating their reasons for requesting for a refund, then send a copy of their invoice and receipt for evaluation. Within a maximum of 48hours, the team would revert on their request. All refunds attracts 30% – 50% administrative fees, depending on the service or package.
      28. Please note that the 30days referred to in our Money Back Policy are strictly working or business day as this excludes the weekends.
      29. SiSATravels reserves the sole right to update our terms and agreement in accordance to prevailing changes as reflected by governing immigration policies from countries we process respective services at, with or without prior notices, as we do not get such from these countries / organisations.
      30. Any payments made for services offered by StudyinSouthAfrica.net (SiSA) or SiSA Travels & Tours Pty Ltd. (SiSATravels.com) affirms an understanding of and agreement to the terms and conditions governing this service.
